Rental Information
Experience the expansive gallery, artist studios, and picturesque sculpture gardens. Artspace111 is the perfect setting to host your, birthday, office party, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception…and more.
Artspace111 can accommodate up to 250 seated for a ceremony and a cocktail style reception. Inquire by email or by phone for rental rates:

You are more than welcome to work with your own caterer, and bring in your own alcohol.
Artrspace111 Rental for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Includes:
- Use of indoor gallery and two outdoor sculpture gardens
- On-site gallery liaison during event
- 7 hours (4 hours for event plus 2 hours for set-up and 1 hour to break-down event)
- 1 hour for ceremony rehearsal the night before (if applicable)
- 1 security guard during event
Additional Costs: We require that you go through Celebration Event Rental for all equipment/furniture rentals, and Artspace111 for all bartenders, and wait staff, unless your caterer provides their staff. We also require that you go through Artspace111 for valet attendants.
- Equipment/Furniture rental (customized for your event through Celebration Event Rental)
- $250 per each additional hour for set-up and event time
- Valet: $30/valet/hour + $75 permit fee (min of $250) (not required)
- Staff & Bartenders: $140 for 4 hour and $30 per hour after 4
